Cannot Set Maximum Overtime Hours

If only the Submit OT Request function is enabled in the Shift Schedule, the system will lock the Maximum Overtime Hours setting.

🔍  Note

When only the Submit Overtime Request function is enabled:

  • The Minimum Overtime Hours (Min OT Hours) can be configured.
  • The Maximum Overtime Hours (Max OT Hours) cannot be set.

When an Overtime Request is submitted, managers or admin can filter and review the request details to Approve or Reject the employee’s Overtime request.
