Compensatory Leave using OT Multipliers

The system supports converting overtime (OT) hours into Compensatory Leave, calculated based on the OT Multipliers defined in the company’s OT Rules.

This feature enhances organizational flexibility in benefit management, allowing employees to choose compensatory time off as an alternative to monetary payment.

Example:

  • Actual Overtime Worked: 2 Hours
  • OT Multiplier Rate: 1.5
  • Compensatory Leave Earned: 3 Hours

Biometric Data Sync Across ADMS Devices

Admins can now sync biometric data across multiple ADMS devices, allowing employees to enroll their biometric information once and use it on other devices within the same sync group.

Device synchronization is now managed through Sync Groups.

Birthday Visibility Control

  • Admins can now control whether employee birthdays are displayed in the system.
  • Show Birthday setting has been added to Company β†’ Employee Settings. 
  • This allows companies to manage birthday information according to their internal privacy policies.

Configurable Tax ID Requirement for Vacancy Link

  • Admins can now configure whether Tax ID / NRIC is required when candidates apply through the Vacancy Link.
  • Previously, Tax ID was always mandatory in the application form.
  • This is useful for some candidates who may not be willing to share their Tax ID during the application stage.
