Control Birthday Visibility in Your Company
Admin can control whether employee birthdays are displayed across the system. This feature helps prevent unintended sharing of personal data and supports compliance with privacy regulations.
Go to: Company → Employee Settings → Show Birthday
When “Show Birthday” is Enabled
Employee birthdays will be displayed in the following areas:
- Birthday Dashboard (Mobile)
- Birthday Reminder

When “Show Birthday” is Disabled
All birthday-related visibility and functionality will be removed:
- Birthday Dashboard (Mobile) will be hidden
- Birthday Reminder will be removed
