Manual Reset Leave & Carry Forward

Resetting Leave Days for the New Year

The system calculates Leave entitlements and remaining Leave Balances for the New Year based on the configured Leave settings, including whether unused Leave Days are allowed to be Carried Forward.

Manual Leave Reset:

If Automatic Leave & Carry Forward Reset is not enabled, the admin must manually reset leave days and remaining leave days. There are two types:

  1. Manual Leave Reset

    This option allows the admin to  manually reset leave days and remaining leave days carried forward for the new year cycle.

  2. Manual Carry Forward Leave Reset

    This option allows the admin to manually reset leave and carry forward leave

💡 Tips:

In addition to manual leave resetting, the admin can also set the system to automatically reset leave days on a specified date.
