Notifications when Requests are Submitted, Approved, or Rejected

When a Request is Submitted, Approved, or Rejected, ByteHR sends notifications via email and the ByteHR  mobile App to employees and their managers according to the Approval Workflow.

  1. Upon Request Subission:
    • ByteHR notifies the Level 1 Manager.
    • The Level 2 Manager can view the Request but is not notified at this stage.
  2. Upon Approval by Level 1 Manager:
    • ByteHR notifies the Level 2 Manager and the employee.
  3. Upon Rejection:
    • ByteHR notifies the employee.
