Positions Information

🔍 Note:

  1. On the Positions page, the system displays the total number of employees assigned to each Position, grouped by company.
  2. The system sorts:
    1. Companies alphabetically by Company Name.
    2. Positions alphabetically within each Company.

The employees count reflects only employees with Active Employment Contracts as of the date the date is viewed.

🏷️ Case:

If an Admin access is restricted to a specific Branch or Department, the restriction does not affect the employee count displayed for each position.

The system will continue to show the Total number of employees across all branches assigned to that Position.
