Question: When using the mobile application, is there a requirement for a specific operating system version?

Answer: Smartphones and other portable devices such as tablets and iPads run on different operating systems. Below are the supported operating system requirements for the ByteHR mobile application.


1. Android Operating System.


The ByteHR application is compatible with devices running Android version 7.0 or later.


2. iOS Operating System.


The ByteHR application is compatible with devices running iOS version 13.0 or later.
