1. Enter both the number of working days and the salary.
The system will display the number of working days (Days Worked) and salary (Salary) exactly as in the template uploaded to the system.
Example 1
Monthly paid employee, base salary = RM 4,000.
Number of working days per month = 30 days
Uploaded number of working days = 18 days.
Uploaded salary = RM 3,500
The salary details show a salary rate of RM 3,500, 18 working days, and 12 days absent.

Example 2
Daily wage employee, base salary = RM331
Number of working days per month = 30 days
Uploaded number of working days = 20 days.
Uploaded salary = RM 375
The salary details show a wage rate of RM 375, 20 working days, 10 absent days, and a total salary of RM 7,500.

2. Enter only the number of working days.
The system will display the number of working days (Days Worked) based on the information in the template uploaded to the system, and will show the salary rate according to the employment contract.

3. Enter only the salary.
The system will display the number of working days (Days Worked) according to the employment contract and the salary rate based on the information uploaded in the template.

Uploaded salary = RM 4,500
The salary details will show a salary rate of RM 4,500, 30 working days, 0 absent days, and a net salary of RM 4,500.
