    1. If the "Include Fixed Payments & Deductions" option is checked, the system will retrieve the fixed income and deductions from the employment contract and display them in the payroll details.
    2. If you do not check the "Include Fixed Payments & Deductions" option, the system will not retrieve fixed income and deductions from your employment contract to display in your payroll details.
  8. Click Upload, once done verifying the details.

  9. Once the data is successfully uploaded, the system will display "Payroll Generated".

  10. Note
    1. When uploading salary payments, if the number of days worked is entered in the template, and the payroll period includes unpaid leave and absent days, the calculation for the total number of working days in the salary details will be:

Number of working days uploaded - Number of unpaid leave days - Number of absent days.

    2. When uploading salary payments, if no overtime hours are entered in the template, the system will only use approved overtime hours within the pay period set by the company/branch.
    3. If you have already processed your payroll and wish to upload other Payments, we recommend using the "Other Payments" option to have the system recalculate the Statutory Deductions. If you do not want the system to recalculate the Statutory Deductions but only want to add those Payments, upload your salary (Salary Payments) without uploading the Statutory Deductions columns
    4. It is not possible to upload salary payments for former employees.
