Employees Don't Get Payslip

Question: An employee received their salary but cannot find or view their payslip. What should I do?

Answer: First, check if the payslip notification has been sent. Go to the Payroll menu and check the status of that specific payroll block.

Notification Status Result

Notification Sent

Employees can view their payslip via the mobile app or web app.

Notification NOT Sent

Employees cannot view their payslip via the mobile app or web app.

How to Verify the Status

You can check the status in the Payroll Notification History.

  • Status: Success

    If the notification was successfully sent, the system will display a Success status.


  • The "Eye" Icon

    • The Eye icon will be visible if the payroll data still exists in the system. You can click it to view the details.
    • If the Eye icon is missing, it means that specific payroll block has been deleted. Once a payroll block is deleted, employees will no longer be able to view the associated payslip in their app.

💡 Pro-Tip: If the payroll was deleted and re-run, you must send a new notification for the new block so employees can see their updated payslips.
