Customize the Reports Template

How to edit the certificate template:  

  1. Navigate to:

    Reports -> Standard Reports -> Employee Reports -> Desired editable Template.

    Select the desired template such as Salary Certificate, Employment Certificate, Employee Contract, Warning Letter, and Termination Letter.

  2. Click the pencil icon (Template)-> The template editor will be displayed.

  3. You can now type the desired text and use various tools, including:

    1. Adjust the font size.

    2. Adjust the font style.

    3. Select information to display (data is retrieved from employee records and contracts) from the List of Fields.

      Examples

      1. Employment Certificate template, you can select to retrieve data from:

        The latest contract and the previous contract.

      2. Salary Certificates and Employment Certificates, includes  "Requester Reason" field. This field displays the reason the employee provided when submitting a Report Request.

    4. Format text to be bold, italic, strikethrough, and underlined.

    5. Adjust paragraph alignment.

    6. Create a list.

    7. Adjust font colour and background colour.

    8. Edit the image.

      1. If using images, such as company logos or employee photos, you can edit the image size in the Width and Height fields.

    9. Clear the text formatting. 

    10. Create a quote.

    11. Create and customize a table.

      1. Insert a row or column.

      2. Delete a row, column, or table.

      3. Customize cells and tables.

        1. Editable information includes: Border, Dimensions, Background, and Alignment.

    12. Click  "Reset to Default" to restore the default settings.

  4. Click Save after editing.

  5. Load the Certificate using the customized template.
