How to Add/Remove SOCSO, SKBBK and EIS from Employee contribution

  1. Go to the Employees tab.
  2. Select the employee.

  3. In the Employee Profile, under the Employee tab, scroll down to Social Security.
  4. Select the applicable SOCSO Scheme:
    1. Employment Injury & Invalidity Scheme
    2. Employment Injury Scheme
    3. Not Applicable
  5. Non-Employment Injury Scheme (SKBBK)
    1. This option is only available when the SOCSO Scheme is set to either Employment Injury & Invalidity Scheme or Employment Injury Scheme.
    2. If the employee contributes to SKBBK, check the SKBBK checkbox to enable the scheme.
    3. If the employee opts out of SKBBK, uncheck the SKBBK checkbox to disable the scheme.
  6. Enable or Disable EIS
    1. Tick the EIS checkbox if the employee contributes to EIS.
    2. Untick the EIS checkbox if the employee does not contribute to EIS.

  7. PERKESO Tax Relief:
    1. SOCSO and EIS Contribution
      1. If the employee contributes to SCOSO and/or EIS, they are eligible for tax relief up to RM 350 per year under PERKESO.
      2. If the employee does not contribute, no tax relief will be applied.
    2. The system will consider the actual monthly contribution amount for tax calculation.
      1. The total contribution will be accumulated throughout the year until it reaches the maximum limit of RM 350.
