Number of Working Days per Month

The number of working days per month in an employee's employment contract affects the calculations of:
1.Ordinary Rate Pay calculation in cases of employee absences or unpaid leave.
2. The number of working days and absences in each month's Timesheet and Payroll calculation.

Calendar Days enabled:
The system will count working days based on the actual number of days in each month.

For example,
August will be counted as 31 days and September as 30 days.

Calendar Days disabled:
The system will count working days according to the number entered in the Work Days per Month field.

For example,
if Work Days per Month = 26,
August will be counted as having 26 days,
September will be counted as having 26 days.
