However, the conditions for paying Attendance Allowance may vary.

Here are some examples of different Attendance Allowance Payment Rules:

  1. No Absences, Lateness, or Out Early within the month.

  2. No Absences or Leave except Sick Leave within the month.

  3. No lateness or Out Early within the month.

  4. Maximum number of minutes Late per day (e.g., 10 minutes).

  5. Maximum number of minutes late per month.
    • Late From Shift Start After: enter the minimum number of minutes late per month (e.g., 30 minutes.
    • Total Late Minutes (Month): not exceeding 30 minutes.

  6. Maximum number of times late per month.
    1. Late From Shift Start After and Late From Break After. Enter the minimum number of minutes late as a minimum of the total number of working minutes per day including breaks, or you can enter 999 minutes.
    2. Total Late Times (Month): no more than 3 times.

  7. Maximum number of minutes late per day and per month
    1. Late From Shift Start After must be checked. Enter the minimum number of minutes late as a minimum of the total number of working minutes per day including breaks, or you can enter 999 minutes.
    2. Total Late Times (Month): no more than 3 times late per month.
    3. Total Late Minutes (Month): a total of no more than 20 minutes late.

  8. Maximum number of minutes Late per day and per month, Late From Shift Start After must be checked.
    1. Late from Shift Start After: no more than 15 minutes late per day
    2. Total Late Times (Month): no more than 3 times.
    3. Total Late Minutes (Month):  total of no more than 20 minutes.

  9. Maximum number of minutes late per day and per month, Late From Break After must be checked.
    1. Late From Shift Start After: no more than 15 minutes late per day.
    2. Late From Break After: example 999 minutes.
    3. Total Late Times (Month): no more than 3 times.
    4. Total Late Minutes (Month): a total of no more than 20 minutes.
